Best Nordic skyr comes from Denmark, not Iceland, judges say
A Danish vanilla skyr by Arla has been crowned best in the Nordic region at a food competition in Denmark. Icelandic producers Mjólkursamsalan and Örnu took silver with scores close behind the winner.
