Iceland reduces air fare subsidies for flights between Ísafjörður and Reykjavík
Residents flying between Ísafjörður and Reykjavík face cutbacks in state reimbursements of 11.2% for at least 11 days. The 7,000 ISK subsidy is being criticized by opposition MPs as insufficient.
